About cancellation of obligatory sale of foreign currency

For the purpose of further liberalization of the currency relations, stimulation of business activity and creation of equal conditions for the organizations of all patterns of ownership:

1. Determine that the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Republic of Belarus according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 "About currency control and currency exchange control" do not perform obligatory sale of foreign currency in the domestic foreign exchange market of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Recognize invalid:

3. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. Before reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree they are applied in the part which is not contradicting this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
