1. 3. Determine that financing of the above-stated public institutions is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and budgets of local executive bodies.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311) the following amendments:
