1. 3. Monitoring of availability (working capacity) of unified information system, electronic platform is performed in the automated mode by means of the information processing containing in the information system "Independent Logger".

4. Within monitoring of availability (working capacity) of unified information system, electronic platform the information system "Independent Logger" fixes availability (absence) of the facts of illegal impact on program technical means of unified information system, electronic platform which including leads to difficulty or the termination of access to unified information system, electronic platform (DDoS-attack).

By results of monitoring of availability (working capacity) of unified information system, electronic platform the information system "Independent Logger" in the automated mode creates data on availability (working capacity) of unified information system, electronic platform which include including the following information:

a) about possibility of access to unified information system, electronic platform in specific timepoints;

b) about operability of functions of unified information system, electronic platform in specific timepoints.

6.
