Article 1

1) in paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 6 of the word"; preparation and retraining of employees of hazardous production facility in not educational institutions" to exclude;

2) in Article 9:

a) the ninth Item 1 to add the paragraph with the words "in the cases established by this Federal Law";

b) to declare the paragraph of the seventh of Item 2 invalid;
