Questions of Interdepartmental council on coordination of basic and applied researches in Ukraine (Extraction)
According to the paragraph to third "About scientific and scientific and technical activities" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts two of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve such which are applied:
Regulations on Interdepartmental council on coordination of basic and applied researches in Ukraine;
structure of Interdepartmental council on coordination of basic and applied researches in Ukraine.
2. Recommend to National academy of Sciences in a month:
approve together with the Ministry of Education and Science in accordance with the established procedure staff of Interdepartmental council on coordination of basic and applied researches in Ukraine;
bring own acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the paragraph of the eleventh item 4 of the Regulations on Interdepartmental council on coordination of basic and applied researches in Ukraine approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of loss of force the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 1997 No. 321 "Questions of creation, reorganization and liquidation of the state scientific organizations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 16, of the Art. 25).
