1. Approve the offer of Council of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots of Uzbekistan on delivery of breastplates "Ilgor is farmer", "Mekhnatkash dekhkon" and "Namunali of tomorkacha" on the eve of Day of workers of agricultural industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Determine that:
rewarding with the breastplate "Ilgor is farmer" is performed based on the decision of Council of farmers of Uzbekistan;
rewarding with breastplates "Mekhnatkash dekhkon" and "Namunali of tomorkacha" is performed based on the decision of the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty
.3. Approve:
The regulations on the breastplate "Ilgor are farmer" according to appendix No. 1;
The description of the breastplate "Ilgor is farmer" and certificates to it according to appendices No. 2 and 3;
Regulations on the breastplate "Mekhnatkash dekhkon" according to appendix No. 4;
The description of the breastplate "Mekhnatkash dekhkon" and certificates to it according to appendices No. 5 and 6;
Regulations on the breastplate "Namunali of tomorkacha" according to appendix No. 7;
The description of the breastplate "Namunali of tomorkacha" and certificates to it according to appendices No. 8 and 9.
4. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure production of breastplates "Ilgor is farmer", "Mekhnatkash dekhkon" and "Namunali of tomorkacha" and certificates to them.
5. Approve the offer on covering:
the expenses connected with production of the breastplate "Ilgor is farmer" and certificates to it, and also rewarding at the expense of means of Council of farmers of Uzbekistan;
the expenses connected with production of breastplates "Mekhnatkash dekhkon" and "Namunali of tomorkacha" and certificates to them by fund of support of activities of Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots under the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty.
6. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments to make changes and additions to the normative legal documents following from this resolution in a month.
7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. Mirzayev.

to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-3803 of June 26, 2018
1. The breastplate "Ilgor is farmer" (further - the breastplate) the experienced and advanced heads of farms making the worthy contributions to development of agricultural industry of our country, increase in its economic power and export potential, ensuring welfare and prosperity of the people, food security, the improvements of meliorative condition of lands which are performing effective activities in cotton breeding, grain-growing, gardening, wine growing, vegetable melon growing, livestock production, fish breeding, poultry farming, beekeeping and other directions of agricultural industry, implemented in practice of achievement of science, effectively using the modern technologies reaching high productivity in cultivation of agricultural products and receiving the powerful results in case of its conversion, storage, procurement and export which adjusted multi-profile activities, having strong material and technical resources are awarded.
2. Preliminary offers on rewarding with the breastplate are created by regional council of farmers together with district department of agricultural industry and department of land resources and the state inventory.
3. The regional council of farmers in coordination with khokimiyat of the area annually till November 1 submits all relevant documents relating to activities of the candidates recommended for rewarding with the breastplate for Councils of farmers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas.
4. Offers on rewarding with the breastplate from the cities of regional subordination and the Republic of Karakalpakstan are created by Councils of farmers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas in coordination with the relevant city khokimiyats.
5. Councils of farmers of areas and Republic of Karakalpakstan having considered the documents relating to activities of the candidates recommended for rewarding with the breastplate in coordination with the Jokargi Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas annually till November 15 represent them to Council of farmers of Uzbekistan.
6. Council of farmers of Uzbekistan forms the Commission as a part of leading experts of industry for consideration of offers on rewarding with the breastplate.
On commission session documents on candidates are considered and annually till December 1 the final conclusions are accepted.
Based on the conclusion of the Commission the decision of Council of farmers of Uzbekistan on rewarding with the breastplate is made.
7. Delivery of the breastplate and certificate to it the winner is made in a festive atmosphere by the chairman of the board of farmers of Uzbekistan or according to its order other responsible persons on the eve of Day of workers of agricultural industry of Uzbekistan.
8. The decision on rewarding with the breastplate is published in mass media of Council of farmers of Uzbekistan.
9. Persons awarded with the breastplate earn the one-time monetary reward in the amount of double basic settlement size.
