Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the sphere of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, the Art. 6022):

39(1). In case of establishment of connection fee (technological accession) (further - connection), stipulated in Item 107 Bases of pricing, case on establishment of connection fee does not open and the decision on establishment of connection fee is made by regulating authority on own initiative.

39(2). Opening of case on establishment of connection fee is performed according to the offer of the regulated organization, except for case, stipulated in Item 39(1) these rules.

39(3). The regulated organization till September 1 of the year preceding the next settlement period of regulation represents to regulating authority the offer on establishment of connection fee, except as specified, of stipulated in Item 394 these rules.

39(4). The connection fee to system of heat supply in individual procedure, and also connection fee in price zones of heat supply in cases when agreement parties about connection did not reach the agreement on the size of connection fee, is subject to establishment irrespective of submission due dates of the offer in regulating authority.
