About implementation of the pilot project on creation of conditions for prevention of evasion from customs payment

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Finance and Public fiscal service on implementation from June 21, 2018 to December 31, 2018 of the pilot project on creation of conditions for prevention of evasion from customs payment (further - the pilot project).

2. Determine that in case of implementation of the pilot project:

police officers have the right to be round the clock in customs control zones at check points through frontier and in other places of customs area of Ukraine in which bodies of the Public fiscal service perform customs formalities (further - customs control zones), for the purpose of identification of the facts of customs offense;

police officers and officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have right of access to the automated system of customs clearance "the Inspector - 2006".

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs to determine the list of the police officers having the right round the clock to be in customs control zones, and to bring it to the attention of the Public fiscal service and Administration of the State Border Service.

4. To the public fiscal service:

together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide in week time determination of procedure for provision by the police officer and to officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of access to the automated system of customs clearance "the Inspector - 2006";

together with Administration of the State Border Service to provide easy round-the-clock access to customs control zones of police officers according to the list specified in Item 3 of this resolution.

5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the Ministry of Finance and the Public fiscal service:

submit monthly since September 1, 2018 reports on results of implementation of the pilot project;

provide offers on modification of legal and other regulatory legal acts by results of implementation of the pilot project.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
