2. To provide to committee of geology and subsurface use of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) this Item.

1. These rules of submission by subsoil users of geological reports and reports on the extracted solid minerals, popular minerals, and also the report on the extracted precious metals and gemstones (further - Rules), are developed according to part five of Item 3 of Article 215, part two of Item 2 of Article 236 and Item 1 of article 272 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About subsoil and subsurface use" (further - the Code), with Article 744 the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code)" (further - the Tax code) and determine procedure for submission by subsoil users of geological reports and reports on the extracted solid minerals, popular minerals, and also reports on the extracted precious metals and gemstones.

The subsoil users performing production of solid minerals in case of the approved inventories on classification of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves represent to the relevant territorial subdivision of authorized body on studying of subsoil the report on the extracted solid minerals on form according to appendix 1 to these rules.

The subsoil users performing production of solid minerals in case of the estimated resources and inventories according to the standard of the Kazakhstan code of the public reporting on results of exploration works, mineral resources and mineral inventories (further - the Code of KAZRC), represent to the relevant territorial subdivision of authorized body on studying of subsoil the report on the extracted solid minerals on form according to appendix 2 to these rules.

4. The subsoil users performing production of popular minerals in case of the approved inventories on classification of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves represent to the relevant territorial subdivision of authorized body on studying of subsoil the report on the extracted popular minerals on form according to appendix 3 to these rules.

The subsoil users performing production of popular minerals in case of the estimated resources and inventories according to the standard of the Code of KAZRC represent to the relevant territorial subdivision of authorized body on studying of subsoil the report on the extracted popular minerals on form according to appendix 4 to these rules.

5. The subsoil users performing production according to the license for prospecting represent to the local executive body of area which granted the license for prospecting, the report on the extracted precious metals and gemstones in form according to appendix 5 to these rules.
