About structure of federal executive bodies

For the purpose of forming of effective structure of federal executive bodies, according to article 112 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal constitutional Law of December 17, 1997 "About the Government of the Russian Federation" I decide No. 2-FKZ:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 21.01.2020 No. 21

2. Transform the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.

7. Determine that federal executive bodies to which functions of other federal executive bodies according to this Decree are transferred are their legal successors according to obligations, including according to the obligations which resulted from judgments.

9. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) provide holding reorganization actions according to this Decree;

b) determine the number of federal government employees of federal executive bodies taking into account distribution of functions according to this Decree;

c) specify functions of federal executive bodies taking into account distribution of functions according to this Decree;

d) provide offers on introduction of amendments to acts of the President of the Russian Federation according to this Decree;

e) bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
