About creation of republican public institution "State national Tarbagatai natural park of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Create republican public institution "State national Tarbagatai natural park of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – organization) in the territory of the Urdzharsky Region of East Kazakhstan region.

2. Provide to organization according to the procedure, established by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the earth of inventory in the territory of the Urdzharsky Region of East Kazakhstan region total area of 136367,5 of hectare and the earth of especially protected natural territories of the Urdzharsky forest area of Tau-Dalinsky branch of republican public institution "State forest natural wildlife reserve "Of families of ormana of" Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – forest area) with a total area of 7183 hectares in permanent land use according to appendix to this resolution.

3. Transfer the parcels of land of organization in the territory of the Urdzharsky Region of East Kazakhstan region total area of 136367,5 of hectare from category of lands of inventory to category of lands of especially protected natural territories, and to refer the woods and the woods which are available in the territory of forest area available in this territory to category of the state forest fund "wood of the state national natural parks".

4. To akimat of the East Kazakhstan region according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to establish the conservation zone around and on lands of owners of the parcels of land and land users who are in the conservation zone of organization with prohibition and (or) restriction within this zone of any activities which are negatively influencing condition and recovery of ecological systems.

5. Determine that financing of organization is performed from the republican budget for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on content of especially protected natural territories.

6. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
