About some questions of issue of allowing documents in the field of control of specific goods

1. Determine:
1) Committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
the licensor on export and import of specific goods;
the body authorized on issue of permissions to transit of specific goods, rendering exterritorial intermediary services or technical assistance, exterritorial re-export, transfer to the third parties in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the imported specific goods, and also goods imported with provision of warranty obligations, the end-user certificate of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the international import certificate of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the conclusion about identification of specific goods;
2) the state bodies approving issue of export licenses and import of specific goods, permissions to rendering exterritorial intermediary services or technical assistance, exterritorial re-export, transfer to the third parties in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the imported specific goods, and also goods imported with provision of warranty obligations, conclusions about identification of specific goods according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
3) the state bodies approving issue of permissions to transit of specific goods according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 14.07.2023 No. 592
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
