About approval of forms of the state statistical observations of selective inspection of personal subsidiary farms of the citizens who are constantly living in the rural zone
Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed forms of the state statistical observations of selective inspection of personal subsidiary farms of the citizens who are constantly living in the rural zone:
1-skh (dkh-basic) "Basic questionnaire" of annual frequency;
6-skh (dkh-areas) "The questionnaire on the areas of crops" frequency of representation 2 times a year (as of June 1 and on October 1);
6-skh (dkh-crop production) "The diary of accounting of products of crop production" frequency of representation of 5 times a year (for June, July, August, September, October);
12-skh (dkh-livestock production) "Diary of accounting of products of livestock production and expense of forages" monthly frequency.
2. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 63 "About approval of forms of the state statistical observations of selective inspection of personal subsidiary farms of the citizens who are constantly living in the rural zone" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.08. 2014, 7/2798);
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2015 No. 70 "About entering of amendment and changes into the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 63" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.07.2015, 7/3168);
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2016 No. 22 "About modification of form of the state statistical observation 12-skh (dkh-livestock production) "The diary of accounting of products of livestock production and expense of forages" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.05. 2016, 7/3428);
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 27, 2017 No. 17 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 63" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.05. 2017, 7/3755).
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2018.
