Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12-p (alcohol) "Report on production, shipment and inventories of alcoholic products" it (is applied) and to enact it, starting with the report for January, 2018;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-p (alcohol) "Report on production, shipment and inventories of alcoholic products" (are applied) and to enact them, starting with the report for January, 2018.
2. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 19.06.2020 No. 50
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities performing production and shipment of alcoholic products.
4. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2015 No. 89 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-p (alcohol) "Report on production, shipment and inventories of alcoholic products" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.11. 2015, 7/3301);
