About cooperation in judicial and expert activities

The state committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties

aiming at establishing bonds in the field of judicial and expert activities,

considering that strengthening of the available relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation is equitable to national interests of both states,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties perform cooperation in the field of research works on theoretical and legal, organizational and methodological problems of judicial and expert activities, creation new and enhancement of the existing methods and techniques of expert research, experience exchange of expert practice.

Article 2

The cooperation based on this agreement is performed by the Parties directly, and also through public institution "Scientific and practical center of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus" and the National center of judicial examinations under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova.

Article 3

The parties develop cooperation in the field of judicial and expert activities in the following directions which are within their competence:

coordination of scientific and research works on questions of judicial and expert activities;

joint development of methods and techniques of expert researches;

data exchange in the field of directory activities, except as specified, when provision of such data contradicts national interests of the states of the Parties;

holding joint seminars, rates for development of new methods and techniques;

preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists in the field of judicial and expert activities, exchange of the called specialists for passing of training;

exchange of methodical and scientific literature;

rendering the scientific and methodical and practical help each other in questions of scientific and expert activities.

Article 4

The parties can perform the interaction which is not provided by this agreement, but answering to the purposes of development of cooperation in the field of judicial and expert activities between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova according to the national legal system of the states of the Parties and within powers of the Parties.

Article 5

The parties independently incur the expenses connected with accomplishment of this agreement if they do not agree about other.

Article 6

In case of accomplishment of this agreement of the Party use Russian.

Article 7

According to the mutual arrangement of the Parties changes and additions which are drawn up by separate protocols which provisions are integral part of this agreement can be made to this agreement.

Article 8

Disputes and disagreements which can arise between the Parties on the questions concerning interpretation and application of this agreement are permitted by bilateral negotiations and consultations.

Article 9

This agreement is signed sine die and becomes effective in 30 days from the date of the last written notice received through diplomatic channels of accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for its entry into force.

Each of the Parties can terminate this agreement, having directed the written notice through diplomatic channels. The Agreement is terminated in six months after receipt of such notification by other Party.

This agreement is made in Chisinau of April 19, 2018 in duplicate, everyone in the Russian and Romanian languages, and all texts are equally authentic. In the presence of disagreements in interpretation of this agreement of the Party will be guided by the text in Russian.
