About cooperation in the field of judicial and expert activities

The state committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus on the one hand and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on the other hand, further referred to as with the Parties,

aiming at establishing bonds in the field of judicial and expert activities and considering that strengthening of the available relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation is equitable to national interests of both countries,

for the purpose of further strengthening of the relations by development of cooperation in the field of the right and law-enforcement practice,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties perform cooperation in the field of research works on theoretical and legal, organizational and methodological problems of judicial and expert activities, creation new and enhancement of the existing methods and techniques of expert research, experience exchange of expert practice.

Article 2

The cooperation based on this agreement is performed directly, and also through the competent authorities determined by each of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties develop cooperation in the field of judicial and expert activities in the following directions which are within their competence:

coordination of scientific work on problems of judicial and expert activities, joint development of methods and techniques;

the organization, carrying out and coordination of scientific research for means and criminalistic methods for detection, registration (accounting), withdrawal, research and use of physical evidences in prevention, disclosure and investigation of crimes;

data exchange in the field of directory activities;

holding joint seminars, rates for development of new methods and techniques;

preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists in the field of judicial and expert activities, exchange of the called specialists for passing of training;

exchange of methodical and scientific literature;

rendering the scientific and methodical and practical help each other in questions of scientific and expert activities.

Article 4

The parties perform the interaction which is not provided by this agreement, but answering to the purposes of development of cooperation in the field of judicial and expert activities between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties and within powers of the Parties.

Article 5

The parties independently incur the expenses connected with accomplishment of this agreement if they do not agree about other.

Article 6

In case of implementation of provisions of this agreement of the Party use Russian.

Article 7

According to the mutual arrangement of the Parties changes and additions which are integral part of this agreement and drawn up by separate protocols can be made to this agreement.

Article 8

Disputes and disagreements which can arise in case of interpretation of provisions of this agreement are permitted by bilateral negotiations and consultations.

Article 9

This agreement is signed on uncertain and becomes effective from the date of its signing by both Parties.

Each of the Parties can terminate this agreement, having directed the written notice through diplomatic channels. The Agreement is terminated in six months after receipt of such notification by other Party.

It is made in the city of Dushanbe on May 15, 2018 in duplicate in the Russian and Tajik languages, and both texts are equally authentic.

In case of disagreements in interpretation of provisions of this agreement the text in Russian is used.
