About some questions of hunting and maintaining hunting economy

Based on Item 29 of Rules of hunting, part one of Item 14 and part one of Item 18 of the Rules of maintaining hunting economy approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for tendering on provision in lease of hunting grounds, determinations of the amount of payment for right to contract of lease and the rent for hunting grounds it (is applied).

2. Establish:

standard form of the lease agreement of hunting grounds according to appendix 1;

standard form of the contract for carrying out hunting in case of refusal by the hunter of products of hunting or its part according to appendix 2;

the minimal ceiling price of hunting permits, permissions to production of hunting animal and hunting permits to them according to appendix 3;

the minimal ceiling price of products of hunting according to appendix 4.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 08.06.2022 No. 366

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their structural elements according to appendix 5.

5. This resolution becomes effective since September 25, 2018.
