RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of June 6, 2018 No. 449

About approval of the list of electric power producers who perform delivery of electrical energy to the state company "Energorynok" and as of January 1, 2016 had the tax debt on the value added tax including spread and/or delayed and the list of the tax delivery notes constituted by such electric power producers since July 1, 2015 and the unregistered tax delivery notes in the Unified register

According to Item 62 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

approve:

the list of electric power producers who perform delivery of electrical energy to the state company "Energorynok" and as of January 1, 2016 had the tax debt on the value added tax including spread and/or delayed according to appendix 1;

the list of the tax delivery notes constituted for July 1, 2015 electric power producers who performed delivery of electrical energy to the state company "Energorynok" and as of January 1, 2016 had the tax debt on the value added tax including spread and/or delayed, but the tax delivery notes which are not registered in the Unified register, according to appendix 2.
