About technical means of customs control and procedure for their application
Based on part three of Item 1 of article 226 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list of the technical means of customs control used by customs authorities according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
2.1. customs authorities use the operational technical means of customs control (further - TSTK) conforming to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts;
2.2. the decision on use of TSTK as the measure providing carrying out customs control is accepted by the official of customs authority independently, except for the case specified in subitem 2.3 of this Item;
2.3. in case of need uses when carrying out customs control of TSTK which application according to regulatory legal acts is allowed only by persons which underwent the corresponding training the decision on feasibility of use of TSTK is made by the immediate superior of the official of customs authority which had need of use of such TSTK. At the same time the official of customs authority who will carry out customs control with use of the specified TSTK is determined.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2007 No. 79 "About technical means of customs control and procedure for their application" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 197, 8/16920).
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
