The state inspectorate for supervision of geological studying of subsoil, under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - GI "Sanoatgeokontekhnazorat") in two weeks to transfer by safe operation in the industry, mining and the household sector in accordance with the established procedure all archive documentation on control of geological studying, use and protection of subsoil of Inspectorate for control of mining-and-geological activities under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources.
3. To the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide in parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 2018 and the next years financial resources on content of Inspectorate for control of mining-and-geological activities under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources.
4. To provide to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources effective functioning of Inspectorate for control of mining-and-geological activities according to the tasks assigned to it.
5. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
