For the purpose of development of competitive business, rendering assistance to producers of end products and increase in the export potential of the country:
1. No. PP-3454 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2018" to add the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2017 with Item 311 of the following content:
"311. Turnover on sales of products from copper by group 74 of the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes for export for foreign currency is assessed with the value added tax at the established rate (except for self-produced products of JSC Almalyksky MMC)".
2. To the Ministry of Finance together with the State Tax Committee and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month:
the draft of the Government decision on streamlining of the mechanism of return of the negative difference of the value added tax formed as a result of application of zero rate, having provided return of the amount of exceeding proceeding from share of the value added created by the companies based on group of the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes;
offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to review the forecast of export of the companies of JSC Uzeltekhsanoat taking into account the made changes in a month.
4. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to establish strict export control of copper-bearing products regarding its compliance to the declared goods.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. S. Otazhonov and the Attorney-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan O. B. Murodov.
