1. Approve the enclosed instruction for prospecting scheduling.

2. To provide to committee of geology and subsurface use of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy on paper and electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since June 29, 2018 and is subject to official publication.

Instruction for prospecting scheduling

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction for scheduling of prospecting is developed according to Item 2 of article 273 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2017 "About subsoil and subsurface use" (further – the Code) and is intended for the subsoil users performing transactions on prospecting.

2. The plan of prospecting is developed and affirms the subsoil user.

Chapter 2. Prospecting scheduling

3. The subsoil user using means of mechanization performs operations on prospecting only in the presence of the plan of prospecting.

4. The plan of prospecting is subject to the state environmental assessment. The subsoil user performs operations on prospecting with use of means of mechanization only in case of receipt of the positive conclusion of the state environmental assessment of the plan of prospecting.

5. The plan of prospecting is constituted on the site specified in the statement constituted in the form determined by item 4 of article 29 of the Code.

6. The plan of prospecting contains:

1) types, methods and methods of works on prospecting, approximate amounts and terms of work, the used means of mechanization and others of the equipment of low power;

2) general information about object of subsurface use, its location, climatic conditions of the area of works, infrastructure;

3) geological and gidrogeologicheskiya characteristic of the area;

4) opening methods, technology and organization of prospecting works;

5) the planned mode of works (seasonality of works, types of working shift);

6) the expected amounts of mountain lot of prospecting production of precious metals and (or) gemstones;

7) actions for protection of subsoil and the environment from adverse effect of works on prospecting activities;

8) actions for safe engineering, labor protection, production sanitation;

9) actions for exception of destruction of natural relief of coast and bottom of reservoirs and the rivers which water resources are used for the purpose of prospecting;

10) actions for recultivation of the lands broken during prospecting;

11) the graphical materials proving the planned prospecting works.
