About additional measures for realization in 2018-2020 of the International Labor Organization Conventions ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of further effective implementation of the International Labor Organization Conventions ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan, enhancement of the national legal system in the sphere of work and practice of law enforcement, acceptance of additional measures for deepening of constructive cooperation with the international Cabinet of Ministers organizations decides:

1. Form the Republican interdepartmental commission on implementation of the International Labor Organization Conventions ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan in structure according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine the main objectives of the Republican interdepartmental commission on implementation of the International Labor Organization Conventions ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Commission):

coordination of activities of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places on realization of the regulations ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan of International Labor Organization Conventions (further - the ILO);

forming of reports of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on realization of the regulations ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan of conventions of the ILO;

studying of protocols, recommendations, declarations, and also other acts of the ILO and preparation of offers on their implementation in national system of law;

organization of preparation of annual reviews, information and publications for scope of work, employment and labor protection, and also their bringing to data of the ILO, various structures of the United Nations;

realization of package of measures for development of system of informing the public and citizens about their rights in the sphere of work and employment;

cooperation with the ILO, International Trade Union Confederation, International Organization of Employers, other international organizations and the governments of member countries of the ILO concerning work and employment.

3. Approve:

Regulations on the Republican interdepartmental commission on implementation of the International Labor Organization Conventions ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2;

Complex of actions for realization in 2018 - 2020 of the International Labor Organization Conventions ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

4. To provide the commissions (T. Narbayev):

acceptance of effective measures for timely and high-quality accomplishment of the Complex of actions approved by this resolution;

on the basis of system monitoring of execution of the legislation on work forming of reports of the Government on implementation of international labor standards in full accordance with requirements of the control mechanism of the ILO and the international obligations of the republic;

further constructive cooperation with the ILO, the World Bank, International Trade Union Confederation, International Organization of Employers, other international, foreign non-governmental organizations for the purpose of effective implementation of the Concept of the ILO on worthy work;

active involvement of the Federation Council of labor unions of Uzbekistan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots of Uzbekistan in implementation of monitoring and control of execution in the organizations of regulations and requirements of the conventions of the ILO ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also carrying out purposeful information and explanatory work among subjects of entrepreneurship concerning application of regulations of the legislation on work, non-admission of forced and child labor.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan T. K. Narbayeva and the minister of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. D. Kudbiyev.
