Transfer to Service of execution under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the number of staff of providing the organization of activities of legal executives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 24 units and city, district courts, economic courts of the Mountain and Badakhshapsky autonomous region, areas and the city of Dushanbe, public vessels in number of 253 units, only 277 units.

3. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan in three-months time to take necessary measures for execution of this decree and to bring the corresponding regulatory legal acts into accord with this decree.

4. To add part 5 of Structure of the central executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 19, 2013 No. 12 "About enhancement of structure of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan" with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:
