About measures for optimization of structure of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation
For the purpose of optimization of structure of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and implementation of the President's letter of the Russian Federation to Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of March 1, 2018 I decide:
1. Reorganize:
a) Russian President's Domestic Policy Directorate, having assigned to it including preparation within the competence, generalization and representation to the President of the Russian Federation and to the Head of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation of offers on determination of the priority directions of state policy in the field of development of local self-government, concerning enhancement of the general principles of the organization of local self-government, and also the organization and ensuring interaction of the President of the Russian Federation with local government bodies and associations of municipalities;
b) Russian President's Directorate of Experts, having assigned to it including ensuring activities of the President of the Russian Federation concerning use of digital technologies, and also concerning technology development;
c) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 16.09.2024 No. 795
d) Management of the President of the Russian Federation on use of information technologies and development of electronic democracy, having transformed it to Management of the President of the Russian Federation on development of information and communication technologies and communications infrastructure and having assigned to it including ensuring activities of the President of the Russian Federation concerning state policy in the field of development of digital infrastructure, and also concerning application of information and communication technologies;
