According to article 10 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, 48, of the Art. 6252) and for the purpose of streamlining of activities of customs authorities I order to No.:

1. Determine that customs authorities:

1) specified in appendix to this order, have competence on making of the customs transactions connected with adoption of customs declarations and release of the goods placed under customs procedure of export and classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union in goods items 4401, of 4403, of 4404, of 4406, 4407 (except for subsubline items 4407 11 150 0, 4407 11 330 0, 4407 11 380 0, 4407 12 150 0, 4407 12 310 0, 4407 12 380 0, 4407 19 150 0, 4407 19 910 0, 4407 29 150 9, 4407 29 850 9, 4407 96 400 0, 4407 97 400 0, 4407 99 400 0; from 4407 96 100 0, from 4407 97 100 0, from 4407 99 100 0 - the having face connections processed by planing or polishing);

2) not specified in appendix to this order, have no competence on making of the customs transactions connected with adoption of customs declarations and release of the goods placed under customs procedure of export, specified in the subitem 1 of Item 1 of this order.

2. Not apply provision of this order in the relation:

1) the goods intended for the prevention and natural disaster response and other emergency situations, and the goods necessary for carrying out rescue and other urgent works and life activity of rescue units;

2) the goods moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union between the military units of the Russian Federation deployed in the territory of the Russian Federation and outside this territory.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Head of the Federal Customs Service V. I. Bulavin.

4. This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
