According to article 10 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, 48, of the Art. 6252) and for the purpose of streamlining of activities of customs authorities I order to No.:

1. Determine that competence on making of the customs transactions connected with completion of customs procedure of customs transit, temporary storage of the goods, release of the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, classified in group 02 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union the customs authorities specified in appendix to this order have.

2. Not apply provision of this order to goods:

1) the diplomatic representations imported into the address, consular establishments and other official representations of foreign states in the Russian Federation;

2) intended for the prevention and natural disaster response and other emergency situations, including the goods intended for free distribution to the faces injured with emergency situations, and the goods necessary for carrying out rescue and other urgent works and life activity of rescue units;

3) imported as the humanitarian assistance (assistance);

4) moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union between the military units of the Russian Federation deployed in the Russian Federation and beyond its limits;

5) imported by physical persons and intended for the personal, family, house and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Head of the Federal Customs Service V. I. Bulavin.

4. This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
