About compensation in 2018 to the legal entities realizing investment projects, interest for using bank loans

According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2017 "About the republican budget for 2018", subitem 1.2 of Item 1 and subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 "About some questions of stimulation of development of highly effective productions" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 231

1. Compensate in 2018 to the legal entities realizing investment projects according to appendix (further - legal entities) at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture aimed at the development of highly effective productions, part of the percent paid in 2018 for use of bank loans.

The funds allocated to legal entities according to part one of this Item are used by them in 2018-2019 for implementation of investment projects.

2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees according to which offers the decision on provision to legal entities of the state support according to this resolution is made to provide control of realization with them of the investment projects specified in appendix to this resolution and submission to the Ministry of Economics till February 25, 2019 to information on the course of their accomplishment.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Economics together with the Ministry of Finance till March 5, 2019 in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus analytical information on the course of implementation of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to distribution of obligations.

5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
