About the tariff quota on import in 2018 of separate types of long-grain rice

According to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 No. 124 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity", the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2017 No. 96 "About establishment for 2018 of amounts of the tariff quota concerning separate types of the long-grain rice coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. To the ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade:

1.1. perform within 15 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution distribution of 100 percent of the tariff quota to import in 2018 of separate types of the long-grain rice (codes 1006 30 670 1 and 1006 30 980 1 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union) coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption (further - respectively the tariff quota, long-grain rice), between participants of foreign trade activity in proportion to the amounts of long-grain rice imported by them in 2015-2017;

1.2. redistribute part of amount of the tariff quota, unclaimed by results of the first half of the year 2018, based on statements of participants of foreign trade activity according to the procedure, established in subitem 1.1 of this Item;

1.3. inform participants of foreign trade activity on results of distribution and redistribution of the tariff quota by placement of the message on the official site of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade on the global computer Internet;

1.4. perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of licenses for import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of long-grain rice according to the procedure, established by the Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014);

1.5. send information on the parts of the tariff quota allocated to participants of foreign trade activity to the State Customs Committee in electronic form.

2. To the State Customs Committee:

2.1. provide to the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade within 10 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution information on the amounts of the long-grain rice falling under action of the tariff quota imported in 2015-2017 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption in natural and value term by participants of foreign trade activity;

2.2. provide in accordance with the established procedure release of the long-grain rice imported in 2018 on the territory of the Republic of Belarus within the tariff quotas according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption based on the licenses for import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of long-grain rice issued by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
