I. General provisions

The administrative regulations of Federal Agency for Railway Transport of provision of the state service in accreditation of legal entities for conducting check for the purpose of acceptance by bodies of certification of the decision on certification of forces of ensuring transport safety (further - check for the purpose of certification), and also for processing of personal data of separate categories of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work (further - Regulations) determine terms and the sequence of accomplishment of ministerial procedures (actions), requirements to procedure for their accomplishment, order of interaction with legal entities by provision of the state service in accreditation of legal entities for conducting check for the purpose of certification, and also for processing of personal data of separate categories of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work (further - the state service).

The state service is provided to the legal entities who filed in Federal Agency for Railway Transport petition on receipt (prolongation) of the certificate on accreditation for conducting check for the purpose of certification of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work, and also processings of personal data of separate categories of specified persons (further - the Applicant, the certificate on accreditation).

3. On behalf of the Applicant the authorized representative in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation can act.
