Rules of use of the equipment of power supply of means of communication

I. General provisions

1. Rules of use of the equipment of power supply of means of communication (further - Rules) are developed for the purpose of ensuring integrity, stability, functioning and safety of single network of telecommunication of the Russian Federation.

2. These rules establish mandatory requirements to procedure for use of the equipment of power supply of means of communication used as a part of electric units of objects of communication.

3. The equipment of power supply of means of communication used in public communication network, technological communication networks and communication networks of special purpose in case of their accession to public communication network is subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity in the declaration form <1>.

II. Requirements to the equipment of power supply of means of communication

4. The equipment of power supply of means of communication is part of electric units of object of communication and consists from:

power networks;

input equipment, protection and switching;

autonomous sources of electrical energy of alternating current;

food installations;

devices of continuous control and management;

rechargeable batteries.

5. The input equipment, protection and switching is subdivided into devices of alternating and direct current.

6. Installations of food are subdivided into installations of food of direct current and installation of food of alternating current.

7. Are part of installations of food of alternating current: rectifiers, inverters and rechargeable batteries.

8. Are part of installations of food of direct current: rectifiers, transformers of permanent tension, booster converters and rechargeable batteries.

9. The accumulators used as a part of food installations are subdivided on acid, alkaline nickel - cadmium and lithium.

10. Acid accumulators are subdivided into accumulators of the opened and closed type.

2) nominal frequency - 50 Hz;

3) the established variation from Unom - no more than +10/-15%;

4) transitional variation of tension - no more than 40%;

5) duration of transitional variation of tension - no more than 3 seconds;

6) lack of tension for a while - no more than 10 milliseconds;

7) the established frequency variation from nominal rate - no more than 5 Hz;

8) tension curve sinusoidalnost deformation ratio - no more than 12%;

9) coefficient of asymmetry of tension on the return sequence - no more than 4%;

10) tension impulse in case of:

a) the pulse tension of no more 1,8 of Unom impulse duration (at amplitude 0,5 level) - no more than 1300 microseconds;

b) pulse voltage no more than 2000 V impulse duration (at amplitude 0,5 level) - no more than 50 microseconds;

11.2. parameters of the electrical energy developed by autonomous sources of electrical energy of alternating current shall not exceed the following values:

1) Unom - 220/380 (230/400) B;

2) nominal frequency - 50 Hz;

3) the established variation from Unom:

a) in case of change of symmetric loading from 10% to 100% of capacity - no more 5,0 of %;

b) in case of invariable symmetric loading in the range from 10% to 100% of capacity - no more 1,0 of %;

4) transitional variation of tension in case of reset or nabrosa of symmetric loading:

a) 100% of capacity - no more than 20% of Unom, in case of time of recovery of tension - no more than 3 seconds;

b) 50% of capacity - no more than 10% of Unom, in case of time of recovery of tension - no more than 2 seconds;

5) the established frequency variation in case of invariable symmetric loading in the range from 10% to 100% of capacity - no more 1,0 of %;

6) transitional variation of frequency in case of reset or nabrosa of symmetric loading of 100% of capacity - no more than 10%, in case of time of recovery of nominal rates of frequency - no more than 5 seconds;

7) tension curve sinusoidalnost deformation ratio - no more than 10%;

8) coefficient of asymmetry of tension on the return sequence - no more than 10%;

11.3. parameters of output tension of installations of food of direct current shall not exceed the following values:

1) the normalized number of Unom - 12 V, 24 V, 48 V and 60 V;

2) the established tension variation from Unom values:

12 V - no more than +3/-2 In;

24 V - no more than + 4/-3,6 B;

48 V - no more than + 9/-7,5 B;

60 V - no more than 12 V;
