About prolongation of effective period of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning terephthalic acid and its salts
According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18of the Regulations on the Euroasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Extend the validity of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) established by the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of February 12, 2016 № 3, concerning the terephthalic acid and its salts classified by code 2917 36 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value till December 31, 2019 inclusive.
2. In the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) in line item with code 2917 36 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "4C)" to replace with the reference "49C)".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2018.
