About approval of forms and Rules of maintaining registers of members of chamber of appraisers, members of advisory council and unfair appraisers

1. Approve:
1) form of the register of members of chamber of appraisers according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) form of the register of unfair appraisers according to appendix 1-1 to this order;
3) form of the register of members of advisory council according to appendix 2 to this order;
4) Rules of maintaining registers of members of chamber of appraisers, members of advisory council and unfair appraisers according to appendix 3 to this order.
1) the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2010 No. 109 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the register of members of Republican chamber of appraisers and provisions of information containing in this register, to interested persons" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6168, it is published on April 29, 2010 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 61 (1857);
2) the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2010 No. 110 "About approval of Rules on maintaining the register of members of chamber of appraisers and provisions of information containing in this register, to interested persons" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6169, it is published on April 29, 2010 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 61 (1857).
3. To department of methodology of financial accounting and audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bekturova A. T.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan provision in Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.
4. This order becomes effective since July 13, 2018 and is subject to official publication.
