RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of April 2, 2018 No. 153

About the reporting National Forex center, Forex companies, banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations for the questions connected with activities in the Forex curb market

(as amended of the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 23.10.2019 No. 433)

Based on the paragraph of the fifth of part four of Item 6, of Item part one paragraph two 8, of the paragraph of the fourth Item 9, of paragraphs of the ninth and tenth Item 17 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2015 No. 231 "About implementation of activities in the Forex curb market", the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus

1. Establish:

reporting form Forex company about some indicators of activities according to appendix 1;

reporting form Forex company, its financial stability, necessary for assessment, according to appendix 2;

reporting form Forex company, bank, the non-bank credit and financial organization about all transactions with non-deliverable off-exchange financial instruments according to appendix 3;

form of the reporting of bank, non-bank credit and financial organization of some indicators of activities according to appendix 4;

form of the reporting National Forex center about financial stability Forex companies according to appendix 5;

form of the reporting National Forex center about aggregative indicators of activities Forex companies in the Forex curb market according to appendix 6;

form of the reporting National Forex center about aggregative indicators of activities of banks, non-bank credit and financial organizations in the Forex curb market according to appendix 7;

form of the reporting National Forex center about underlying assets on transactions Forex companies, banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations with non-deliverable off-exchange financial instruments according to appendix 8;

form of the reporting National Forex center about the prices Forex companies, banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations on underlying assets according to appendix 9;

form of the reporting National Forex center about activities in the Forex curb market according to appendix 10.

2. Approve the Instruction about amount, terms and procedure for creation and submission of the reporting the under questions connected with activities in the Forex curb market it (is applied).

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2016 No. 72 "About establishment of forms of the activity reporting in the Forex curb market and approval of the Instruction about amount, terms and procedure for creation and submission of the reporting under questions of implementation of activities in the Forex curb market" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.03. 2016, 8/30726);

subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2017 No. 397 "About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.10. 2017, 8/32464).

4. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2018.
