ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About approval of the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development"

(as amended on 18-10-2019)

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development".

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation:

place the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development" approved by this resolution on the official site of the Ministry, and also on the portal of state programs of the Russian Federation on the Internet in 2 weeks time from the date of official publication of this resolution;

take measures for implementation of actions of the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development".

3. Recommend to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in case of modification of the state programs of subjects of the Russian Federation aimed at the health care development, consider provisions of the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development" approved by this resolution.

4. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2014 No. 294 "About approval of the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 17, the Art. 2057);

Items 2 and 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2017 No. 394 "About modification and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" and Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the specified resolution (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 15, the Art. 2225);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2017 No. 539 "About modification of the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 20, the Art. 2924);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 2017 No. 964 "About modification of appendix No. 9 to the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 34, the Art. 5288).

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.

Rules of provision and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of joint financing of the expenses arising when rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation the high-technology medical care which is not included in the basic program of compulsory medical insurance are given in appendix No. 6.

Rules of provision and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of joint financing of payment commitments of the subjects of the Russian Federation connected with achievement of results of the federal project "Development of Children's Health Care, including Creation of Modern Infrastructure of Delivery of Health Care to Children" which is part of the national Health care project by means of implementation of actions on development of material and technical resources of children's polyclinics and children's polyclinic departments of the medical organizations containing in state programs of subjects of the Russian Federation are given in appendix No. 7.
