According to part four of article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of compliance with law about foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health and wellbeing of animals", I order to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 No. 1119,:
1. Approve the List of the products which are subject to the state control on the intended boundary inspection posts which is applied.
2. Determine that interpretation of the name of groups of the goods included in this List is performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About the Customs tariff of Ukraine".
3. To provide to department of agrarian policy and agricultural industry in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of compliance with law about foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health and wellbeing of animals", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
