1. In case of creation and submission of the reporting of the liquidated credit institutions the rules established by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of July 16, 2012 No. 2851-U "About rules of creation and submission of the reporting by credit institutions to the Central bank of the Russian Federation", the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 5, 2012 No. 25382, on April 25, 2017 No. 46485 shall be followed.
The reporting of the liquidated credit institutions is signed by the chairman of liquidation commission, the receiver (liquidator) and fastened with impress of a seal of liquidation commission, the receiver (liquidator) (in the presence of seal).
2. This Instruction is subject to official publication <1>, according to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of April 28, 2017 No. 10) become effective since November 1, 2017 and is applied in case of creation of the reporting as of December 1, 2017.
