1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of provision by Federal Agency for Subsoil Management of the state service in the organization of conducting state examination of inventories of minerals, geological, economic and ecological information on the subsoil plots provided in use.

The administrative regulations of provision by Federal Agency for Subsoil Management of the state service in the organization of conducting state examination of inventories of minerals, geological, economic and ecological information on the subsoil plots provided in use (except for subsoil plots of local value) (further - Administrative regulations) determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of Federal Agency for Subsoil Management (further - Rosnedra) and its territorial authorities during the conducting state examination of inventories of minerals, geological, economic and ecological information on the subsoil plots provided in use.

The state service in the organization of conducting state examination of inventories of minerals, geological, economic and ecological information on the subsoil plots provided in use is provided to owners of the license to use by subsoil and (or) to contractors according to the public contract on performance of works on geological studying of subsoil and (or) state (budget or autonomous) to the organizations which are under authority of Federal Agency for Subsoil Management and performing holding actions for the state geological studying of subsoil based on the state task (further - applicants).
