In compliance subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7, Item 5 of Article 17, part two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018 "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 150-Z

1. Transform the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr" in connection with change of its borders, the mode of protection and use.

2. Approve enclosed:

borders, area and structure of lands of the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr";

Regulations on the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr".

3. Transfer the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr" to management of Verkhnedvinsky and Rossonsky district executive committees.

4. Financing of functioning and protection of the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr", and also the actions connected with its transformation to perform from means of the local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts.

5. In six-months time to provide to Verkhnedvinsky and Rossonsky district executive committees:

registration in accordance with the established procedure the transformed territorial unit of the Republic of Belarus - the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr";

installation of special information signs on borders of the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr" and acceptance of other measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

6. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 1997 No. 982 "About formation of the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 21, the Art. 777) the following changes:

"the area and in borders according to appendix" to exclude from part one of Item 1 of the word;

exclude Item 2;

to exclude appendix to this resolution;

To declare the regulations on the republican landscape wildlife area "Red Bohr" approved by this resolution invalid.
