Provide to Federal State Statistics Service submission to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of data on the level of consumer prices of food and consumer price indexes (rates) for food, nonfoods and services for calculation of size of subsistence minimum per capita and on the main social and demographic national groups in general across the Russian Federation no later than the 15th following reporting quarter.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation submission of data on the size of subsistence minimum per capita and on the main social and demographic national groups in general across the Russian Federation no later than 5 days from the date of entry into force of the corresponding regulatory legal act of the Ministry in Federal State Statistics Service for placement on the official site on the Internet.

5. The regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation about establishment of size of subsistence minimum per capita and on the main social and demographic national groups in general across the Russian Federation is subject to official publication.

6. Realization of the powers following from this resolution is performed by the corresponding federal executive bodies within the established number of staff and the salary fund of workers of the specified federal executive bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided by the Federal Law on the federal budget specified to federal executive bodies for the corresponding financial year and planning period on management and management in the sphere of the established functions.

7. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
