1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out monitoring of the projects realized within programs of financial support of entrepreneurship within the Single program of support and business development "The road map of business of 2020".

2. To provide to development department of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages on official publication in periodic printing editions, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of carrying out monitoring of the projects realized within programs of financial support of entrepreneurship within the Single program of support and business development "The road map of business of 2020"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of carrying out monitoring of the projects realized within programs of financial support of entrepreneurship within the Single program of support and business development "The road map of business of 2020" (further - Rules of monitoring) are developed according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 19, 2016 No. 234 "About some measures of the state support of private entrepreneurship" and determine procedure for carrying out monitoring of the projects realized within programs of financial support of entrepreneurship within the Single program of the support and business development "The road map of business of 2020" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2015 No. 168 (further - the Program).

2. The joint-stock company "Fund of development of entrepreneurship "Lady" (further - the Financial agency) performs monitoring of program implementation regarding subsidizing of rate of remuneration under credits/agreements of financial leasing, guaranteeing on the credits and provisions of state grants according to the Program within:

1) Rules of subsidizing of part of rate of remuneration within the Single program of support and business development "The road map of business of 2020" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2016 No. 234 (further - Rules of subsidizing);

2) Rules of guaranteeing on the credits of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship within the Single program of support and business development "The road map of business of 2020" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2016 No. 234 (further - Rules of guaranteeing);

3) Rules of provision of state grants to small business entities for realization of the new business ideas and industrial and innovative projects within business incubation within the Single program of support and business development "The road map of business of 2020" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2016 No. 234 (further - Rules of provision of state grants).

3. In these rules of monitoring the following terms and determinations are used:

1) the regional coordinator of the Program - the structural division of local executive body responsible for program implementation determined by the akim of area (the city of republican value, the capital) at the level of area (the city of republican value, the capital);
