1. The report on the termination of fund (further - the report) shall be submitted in the Bank of Russia by person performing the termination of fund, in amount and in form, established by appendix to this Instruction and to include the following data:

about fund;

about the bases of the termination of fund;

about disclosure (provision) of information in case of the termination of fund;

about the assets constituting fund;

about distribution to creditors of money in case of the termination of fund;

additional explanations of person performing the termination of fund (in the presence).

2. The certificate of net assets value of fund constituted for date of emergence of the basis of the termination of fund shall be attached to the report by person performing the termination of fund.

3. The report shall be signed by the head of person performing the termination of fund and if specialized depositary is the credit institution, - the head of the structural unit of credit institution to whose functions implementation of activities of specialized depositary belongs.

If the face performing the termination of fund is the managing company of fund, the report also shall be signed by the head of specialized depositary of this fund and if specialized depositary is the credit institution, - the head of the structural unit of credit institution to whose functions implementation of activities of specialized depositary belongs (except for the case when the license of specialized depositary is cancelled also the rights and obligations of specialized depositary are not given to other person).

4. The report is submitted in the Bank of Russia by person performing the termination of fund, in electronic form, signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature, according to requirements of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 No. 4600-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions and other participants of information exchange when using of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including private office by them", No. registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 11, 2018 49605, within 10 working days after completion of calculations in case of the termination of fund according to Item 1 of article 32 of the Federal law "About Investment Funds".

In the absence of technical capability of the direction of the report temporary administration in the form provided by paragraph one of this Item, the report is submitted on paper.

In the report submitted in the Bank of Russia on paper, sheets shall be numbered, stitched and fastened on the back the last leaf by text with indication of figures and the copy-book of number of the numbered sheets signed by her originator with indication of surname, name, middle name (the last in the presence), positions and dates of creation.

5. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.

6. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction not to apply the resolution of the Federal Commission for the Securities Market of September 25, 2002 No. 39/ps "About requirements to the report on the termination of mutual investment fund and procedure for its submission to the Federal Commission for the Securities Market", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 12, 2002 No. 3909.
