Some questions of the state certification of scientific institutions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Education and Science relatively:

prolongation of term of the state certification of scientific institutions which ended after January 1, 2017 or comes to an end before decision making about the state certification of such scientific institutions according to the Procedure for carrying out the state certification of scientific institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2017 No. 540 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 61, the Art. 1873), for the period before adoption of the specified decision, but not later than till June 1, 2019;

prolongation till June 1, 2019 of the term of inclusion in the State register of scientific institutions to which support of the state, the scientific institutions included or applying for inclusion in the State register of scientific institutions to which support of the state, after January 1, 2017 which term of the state certification is prolonged according to this resolution is provided is provided.

2. The paragraph of the seventh of Item 5 of the Procedure for the carrying out the state certification of scientific institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2017 No. 540 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 61, Art. 1873), to state in the following edition:

3.
