Regulations on Protocol assistance of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

I. General provisions

1. The protocol assistance of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - Service) is founded according to the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 17, 2014, No. 116 "About restructuring of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan".

- participation in organization of events, carried out under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the events held by advisory and consultative bodies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan at the request of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- legal organizational support of other events held at the request of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Head of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan irrespective of legal subordination.

8. Obligations of Service are:

- coordination and control of activities of state bodies, organizations and organizations for implementation of General provisions of the state protocol of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- preparation and participation together with other structural divisions of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in development of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of the activities connected with legal organizational support of actions with participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and members of his family or carried out at the request of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- coordination with the relevant structural divisions of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan of legal organizational matters of visits of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international actions with participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- acceptance in the Republic of Tajikistan front lines of the groups performing the organization and providing visits of representatives of foreign states or the international organizations in which participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and members of his family is planned;
