About approval of the Regulations on Committee on physical training and sport of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

1. Approve Regulations on Committee on physical training and sport of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To provide to the chairman of Committee on physical training and sport of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Stetsenko V.) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of June 20, 2013 No. 808 "About Committee on physical culture and sport", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 10, 2013 at No. 1163/23695.

4. To management of administrative and organizational support (Erko I. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to make mark in cases of archive.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Grebu R. V.

Regulations on Committee on physical training and sport of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

1. The committee on physical training and sport of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (KFVS MON) is formed according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2001 No. 203-r "About enhancement of system of the organization of work on physical training and sport in educational institutions" for the purpose of the proper organization of physical training and sport in educational institutions of all types (further - organizations of education).

2. KFVS MON is the public budget non-profitable institution which belongs to the sphere of management of MON.

Location of KFVS MON: Ulitsa Dmitriyevsk, 46, Kiev, 01054.

3. KFVS MON in the activities is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation, orders MON, including this Provision.

4. In structure of KFVS MON regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city departments and other separate divisions (branches) are effective Crimean republican.

5. The main objective of KFVS MON is participation in realization of state policy on physical training and sport in educational institutions.

6. KFVS MON according to the tasks assigned to it:

1) together with the relevant structural divisions of the device MON takes part in project development of the regulatory legal acts directed to realization of state policy on physical training and sport in educational institutions;

2) develops drafts of regulatory legal acts concerning physical training and sport in educational institutions which arrive on approval;

3) participates in development and enhancement of state standards of education on physical culture and sport in educational institutions;

4) will organize sports and improving actions of nation-wide level among pupils and students according to the schedule of sports and improving and sporting events;

5) participates in work of the professional and scientific and methodical commissions on questions of sports and mass and sports and improving work;

Studies 6), analyzes and generalizes condition of development of physical training and sport in educational institutions and performs actions for its enhancement;

Studies 7), generalizes and extends domestic and foreign experiment on physical training and sport in educational institutions;

8) provides coordination of work on physical training and sport in educational institutions;

9) promotes the organization in educational institutions of the educational process connected with preparation of sports reserve for the national teams of teams of Ukraine;

Annually develops 10) and submits in accordance with the established procedure for approval of MON the schedule of sports and improving and sporting events of KFVS MON;

11) develops projects of regulations on competitions which carrying out is within the competence KFVS MON, and provides their carrying out;

Will organize 12) and holds All-Ukrainian sporting events among the studying and student's youth, provides participation of the national teams of teams of students and pupils in sports in the international sporting events among the studying and student's youth;

13) in coordination with MON together with National Olympic Committee of Ukraine, the sports unions of the studying and student's youth and other interested organizations provides picking of the national teams of teams of students and pupils in sports for ensuring their participation in the world Universiades, the European junior Olympic festivals, the world Gymnasiade, the World Cups and Europe, other international competitions and actions among school students and students;

14) is determined by rating by sports for higher educational institutions;

15) participates in coordination with MON in work of the International federation of school sport and the International federation of university sport, establishes connection with other international organizations for physical training and sport in educational institutions;

16) cooperates with public organizations of sports orientation;

17) interacts with the student's and studying sports unions concerning development of sport in educational institutions, participations of the studying and student's youth under the auspices of the specified unions in the international competitions;

18) makes regular team of reserve sport according to the legislation and provides its functioning;

19) will be organized by holding meetings, seminars, round tables and scientific and practical, methodical conferences on questions of physical training and sport, healthy lifestyle of the studying and student's youth;

Propagandizes 20) and popularizes through mass media physical training and sport, healthy lifestyle among children, the studying and student's youth and educators;

21) takes measures concerning providing, strengthening and development of material and technical resources of KFVS MON and promotes development of material and technical resources of physical training and sport in educational institutions;

22) also effective use of property of KFVS MON which is assigned to it on the right of operational management ensures safety;
