1. The rules of determination and disclosure of the price of share containing in the agreement based on which the admission of investment shares of exchange fund to the organized biddings is performed shall provide following provisions.

1.1. Procedure for determination of the price of share as the difference relation between the cost of all assets constituting exchange fund (further - assets), and the size of all obligations which are subject to execution at the expense of the specified assets (further - obligations), to quantity of the issued shares of exchange fund expected the moment of determination of the price of share.

1.2. Procedure of payments of asset cost and size of obligations based on which determination of the price of share is performed.

1.3. The procedure for acceptance to calculation of assets and liabilities in case of determination of the price of share corresponding to the rules of cost determination of net assets of exchange fund provided by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of August 25, 2015 No. 3758-U "About cost determination of net assets of investment funds including about procedure of payments of annual average net assets value of mutual investment fund and net assets of the joint-stock investment fund, settlement cost of investment shares of mutual investment funds, property value transferred to payment of investment shares", the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 8, 2015 to No. 39234, on January 13, 2017 No. 45188.

1.4. Cases in case of which approach the price of share is subject to recalculation.

1.5. Frequency of determination of the price of share, but at least once in fifteen seconds.

1.6. Terms of disclosure of the price of share, but no later than one second from the moment of its determination, and storage of information confirming results of determination of the price of share.

1.7. Ensuring availability of the price of share to the unrestricted group of people.
