1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules and terms of submission by the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information about the taxpayers having the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and also about the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of data on property of physical persons (apartment) according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of data on property of physical persons (private houses) according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) form of data on property of physical persons (country structures) according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) form of data on property of physical persons (garages) according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) form of data on the parcels of land provided for individual housing construction according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) form of data on the parcels of land provided to owners of rooms (members) of condominium under multi-storey apartment houses according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) form of data on the parcels of land provided for maintaining personal (subsidiary) economy, gardening and country construction according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) form of data on the parcels of land of physical persons (except for the parcels of land provided for individual housing construction, to owners of rooms (members) of condominium under multi-storey apartment houses for maintaining personal (subsidiary) economy, gardening and country construction) according to appendix 9 to this order;

10) form of data on the parcels of land of legal entities and their structural divisions according to appendix 10 to this order;

11) form of data on the parcels of land of peasant farms according to appendix 11 to this order.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules and terms of submission of information about the taxpayers having the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and also about the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation are developed according to Item 3 of article 26 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" and determine procedure and terms of submission by the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan on behalf of The Government for Citizens State corporation (further - the State corporation) in bodies of state revenues by the place of the finding of information about the taxpayers having the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and also about the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation (further - data).

Chapter 2. Procedure for submission of data

2. Data are presented in the paper and (or) electronic form (in the Microsoft Excel format) in the Kazakh and Russian languages in duplicate:

1) the first copy remains in the State corporation;

2) the second copy is reported to the authorities of state revenues.

3. The data represented to bodies of state revenues are signed by the head of the State corporation or person replacing it, and also the official responsible for creation of data, and certified by seal.
