About questions of creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "National Scientific and Practical Center "T_l-Kazyna" of Shaysultan Shayakhmetov"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "National Scientific and Practical Center "T_l-Kazyna" of Shaysultan Shayakhmetov" (further - the NAO) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of the NAO implementation of activities in the field of scientific research, developments of educational technologies and additional education.

3. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state state company "Republican Coordination and Methodical Center of Development of Languages of Shaysultan Shayakhmetov" of Committee on development of languages and social and political work of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to "Republican Coordination and Methodical Center of Development of Languages of Shaysultan Shayakhmetov" joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

4. Determine the main object of activity of society implementation of activities in the field of scientific research, developments of educational technologies and additional education.

5. To create the authorized capital of society at the expense of the republican property which is on balance of the republican state state company "Republican Coordination and Methodical Center of Development of Languages of Shaysultan Shayakhmetov", and the republican property which is on balance of public institution "Committee on development of languages and social and political work of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix to this resolution.

6. And sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Culture:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of society of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of governing bodies;

3) state registration of society in judicial authorities;

4) transfer to Committee on development of languages and social and political work of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of society;

5) acceptance of other measures following from this Item.

7. To transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for forming of the authorized capital of the NAO the state block of shares of society after execution of the actions specified in Items 1, of 3, 5 and 6 these resolutions in the procedure established by the legislation.

8. And sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Culture:

1) approval of the charter of the NAO;

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of the NAO of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of governing bodies;

3) state registration of the NAO in judicial authorities;

4) transfer to Committee on development of languages and social and political work of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of the NAO;

5) acceptance of other measures following from this Item.

9. Reorganize the NAO by accession of society to it after execution of the actions specified in Item 8 of this resolution.

10. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for Item 10, which becomes effective after execution of action, stipulated in Item 9 these resolutions.
