1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Museum of Peace and Harmony" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan by allocation from it the republican state state company "State historical and cultural memorial estate "Bozok" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state state company "The state historical and cultural memorial estate "Botay" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the companies).

2. Authorized body concerning the companies to determine the Ministry of Culture by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Determine the main object of activity of the companies activities in the field of culture.

4. To provide to the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of charters of the companies;

2) state registration of the companies in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 865

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
