Accept in the procedure established by the legislation from municipal property the municipal state state company "Memorial Estate of the Atyrau Field "The Khan of Ordala Is Sarayshyk" of Management of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Atyrau Area" as property complex in republican property and to transfer to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename the municipal state state company "Memorial Estate of the Atyrau Field "The Khan of Ordala Is Sarayshyk" of Management of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Atyrau Area" into the republican state state company "The state historical and cultural memorial estate "Sarayshyk" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

3. Determine the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry.

4. The main object of activity of the company to determine activities in the field of culture.

5. To the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide the state re-registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also akimat of Atyrau area to take other measures following from this resolution.

6. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 865

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
